This summer has been completely different, for health recommendations we must stay at home and for the same reason, we have become more sedentary and we have neglected our body. Have you suffered from constipation? Stomach inflammation? Digestive problems in general?
The World Health Organization mentions that in order to have a healthy diet, it is necessary that we consume a variety of foods, reduce our consumption of salt and sugars, that we moderate the amount of fat and that we avoid the consumption of harmful substances such as alcohol. To help you pamper your body, we share a complementary feeding routine that can undoubtedly have a positive impact on your digestive system.
Breakfast
To accompany the most important meal of the day, we leave you the recipe for a delicious green juice. Also, do not forget to take your Probiotics daily to strengthen the intestinal flora.
Ingredients
2 slices of pineapple 1 handful of spinach
150-200 ml of water 1 stick of celery
Instructions
Blend all the previously cut and disinfected ingredients. If you wish, you can add honey to your liking.
Lunch
How many of us have not experienced an upset stomach after eating? To avoid this, after eating your food we recommend taking Chlorophyll, since it is an aid in the detox process, reduces bad breath and fights stomach heaviness.
Snack
It is very common that in the middle of the afternoon we experience a little hunger and it is at this time of day that we are most susceptible to ingesting junk food or sweets to calm our hunger until dinner arrives.
It’s very hot this season of the year, how about a healthy smoothie?
Ingredients
2 tbsp oats 4 pieces of strawberries or 1 handful of red fruit mix
1/2 banana 150 ml of almond milk (optional)
Ice to taste Piloncillo to taste
Instructions
Disinfect and cut the fruits. Blend all the ingredients and add the ice according to the consistency of your preference. Add piloncillo to taste to sweeten (you can also use honey or muscovado sugar).
Finally, if you are looking for a plus to improve your digestion, you can consume Aloe Vera, which due to its fiber content and laxative properties prevents constipation and improves intestinal transit. Remember to ingest it in moderation, since consuming too much of this product can cause diarrhea and if you are pregnant, consult your doctor first.
Remember that if you want a personalized eating plan, the best option is to consult with your nutritionist. And you, how do you pamper your body?
