It’s a vacation for all the little ones, it’s hot and we’re all at home, what can we do? Undoubtedly, finding activities that all members of the household can do is somewhat complicated, therefore, we want to recommend the following:
• Cook their favorite dessert as a family.
• Make an obstacle course in the backyard of the house
• Watch family movies
• Make crafts with recyclable materials
• Karaoke night of Disney or Pixar songs
•Play hide and seek
•Do sport
During this time of year when children are at home, accidents can occur and that is why it is important that you have an emergency kit prepared, in which the following cannot be missing:
• Alcohol or other antiseptic
•Band aids
•Cotton
• Thermometer
• Bandages
• Directory with emergency numbers
But if you want to have a kit worthy of a super prepared mom / dad, you can’t forget to add an arnica ointment. This product has been part of traditional medicine for generations, as it has astringent, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that will help reduce pain caused by bumps, scrapes, muscle pain, sprains, stings and minor burns. According to various investigations, its properties are attributed to its content of sesquiterpene lactones and flavonoids such as astragalosides, quercetol, glucogalacturonide and isoquercitrocide.
But do not think that it can only be used for that, there are many other applications known to folk medicine. Also, since arnica is a very noble ingredient, it can be used by the whole family!
